	Equipment Disclaimer Third-Party Equipment Megastar Telecommunications, Inc. will not be responsible for improper operation, repair cost or troubleshooting of any equipment purchased from any third-party company. We will make all the possible efforts to identify the reason of the customer's equipment malfunction, however, all the costs related to the equipment's repair will be solely covered by the customer. First-Party Equipment Megastar Telecommunications, Inc. (First-Party) offers a a warranty of 30 days valid since the day in which the equipment is being shipped to the customer. Customer will have the option to purchase additional service warranty at a price of $750/year that will cover live service support and troubleshooting. The warranty will be automatically cancelled under any of the following circumstances: improper usage of the equipment, improper electrical supply or electrical grounding, improper equipment handling or installation, broken equipment security tag, third-party repairs or diagnostics and improper equipment environmental management.
